"Cannot complain with the quality of the nail treatment however customer service needs to be worked on. Having bought the treatment as a gift for our friends 14th birthday we did not expect her to be overlooked for other customers who walked in without an appointment, we certainly did not want her sat listening to the staff swearing and talking about other customers.What was supposed to be a pleasant experience was far from that.
