I was really grateful for how forgiving the garage was about my lateness - I was almost an hour late to my appointment (which they penciled me in for at the last minute at my request) because I got the time wrong and then got turned around on my there. The staff was still incredibly kind and warm to me when I arrived. Service was prompt and took exactly as long as they said it would.
