"Had an eyebrow lamination here but unfortunately will not be attending again. I told the lady I was nervous as I never had this done before and it took me about 3 years to finally grow my eyebrows so I was really trusting her. She didn't ask what shape I wanted (I should've said also but I assumed she would follow my natural eyebrows shape). In the end my eyebrows looked horrendous, like caterpillars! Then to my absolute shock after a few days I realised I've lost almost all my eyebrows post treatment after all these years of growing them. Heartbreaking - NEVER AGAIN"

"Read all! They look amazing when they're done! Especially the finger nails and their designs, however the last time I visited, I had someone new, I was overcharged for one. I asked for gel removal and french tips alongside a gel toe nails. The lady said she understood and even spoke with her collegue, however still continued to do acrylic on my nails which I was annoyed about. I then asked for an off white colour, to which she replied 'white is white', I thought this was a bit rude. She began doing my toe nails, IT WAS PAINFUL! Not only that but it wasnt even straight. I went to another place today who told me that they had used the drill nail machine too much and caused damage to my toe. My toe nail is now black from aggresive drilling. All of this, and they even overcharged me! Honestly, when I first found this place, I loved their work. Yes, they werent all that friendly, but I loved their designs but after this, I will never return and I urge others to be very cautious! The damage to my toe nail was severe. Never again Saby."

"walking in I was welcomed and took a seat but as the lady was doing my nails I did not feel comfortable! I felt as though she didn’t want to do my nails. I asked for a specific style and they did not deliver that even though they said they could. I suffer from hyperhidrosis which means I sweat a lot especially with my hands which made things even worse and I felt as though she wanted me out of there as soon as possible. I will not be going back due to the lack of care and what they delivered."
