"Full serviced car today. No work description and suggestions from the garage. Just received a bill voucher stating full service and total amount which was reasonable. Looking on car even no grease applied on the bonnet and the boot of the car. I don't think the mechanic has top up any fluids in the car, e.g. coolant, brake fluids, screen wash etc. I hope garage email me work details and suggestions and improve their service. Hope the garage takes this review on positive note."

"Unreliable on times, the told me the full service and MOT would take 2-3 hours, I asked them if that's it because if it takes longer I'll get someone to pick me up and they said no 2-3 hours. So i stayed close by and did a few things locally before calling them up 3 hours later and they told me the service was done, just the MOT to go, she didn't seem sure on the phone so I told them not to worry I'll come get the car. Good thing I did, the service hadn't been done and they had 10 mins left on the MOT, I asked how long a full service would generally take and they said half an hour, thinking that's a bit quick for a full service I decided against getting the service and I'll take it somewhere that doesn't mess you about. Won't be back unfortunately."
