"Was served this evening by a lovely polite young lad called mckenzie.. Whilst waiting for my drinks another member of staff dressed in all black called Richard made a dirogartory comment about mckenzie saying "he has a lot to learn" I'm really not very happy about this as mckenzie served my drinks perfectly and exactly what I asked for! A member of staff should not be slagging other members of staff off to customers I'm absolutely discusted by this, this man was also asking another lady questions whilst holding his head in his hands like he had no idea what he was doing. Every little thing he was asking advice for from the lady who was the manager, seems like he had no idea what he was doing and had the audacity to speak like that about another member of staff."
