The staff and the owner are so kind, warm and friendly. The sessions are quick, and in my opinion, really minimal discomfort, not painful. I’ve research hair removal for years now, and felt skeptical after spending lots of money on an at home machine that was rubbish. But I’ve been blown away with the results at Urooj's so far.
