"This is a delightful pub, recommended to me by a friend, and my extended family all enjoyed themselves. It is located opposite a gorgeous park, which my little girl adored, and there is loads of street parking. The Sunday lunches were particularly delicious - I think there was at least six different vegetables accompanying the roast and Yorkshire puddings. The gravy was driving and rich. The lamb, which I had, was flavoursome and tender. I would definitely come back for a Sunday lunch! I would, however, say that the desserts really did not live up to the quality of the main course, but that did bother me too much as the main course was huge."
