"Horrible awful experience there is no mannerism in this place they have just no sense of customer manner ehen they approach you Especially the person of the reception Jordan Ellis he is just too rude we are paying for the service its not free so why the attitude in the beginning everything was perfect as soon as I dropped my BMW off I had to make constant phone calls to get updates which there are were unable to provide just took them longer than expected over a week to try and fix the problem which i told them what the issue was and I made a decision of just collecting my vehicle and going elsewhere and Surprisingly after dropping my vehicle of to a different garage i got a call within hours that my car was ready to collect..just a bad experience ..I guess I was the odd one out to experience this hope it doesn't happen to anyone else these people OMG. Stay away"

"Very bad experience for me where its run by group of unpleasant people who failed my mot over screenwash level and without notifying me first where they could not find any fault they went for screen wash water level how pathetic way of making a car fail and get more money. Very unprofessional. I will recommend to stay far away form this miserable people."

"If there were 0 start I would give no star. I went there first time because my air conditioning was not working so they have refill gas even it's didn't require. They couldn't fixed it and said that I have to take my car to main dealer also offered me 3year plan, I was stupid and I took it, then I went there for mot where they failed so I took car at different garage they said they shouldn't fail. Since then I am not got going there but I lost 3year plan money which was included 3years mot and service, untill 3 years there was no reminder suddenly after 3 years started remainder saying your mot is expiring which will cost only £40. What A joke"

"Having moved to Leicester recently this was my first garage stop here. My diesel filter was full and the vehicle wasn't performing at the speed its meant to so I took it into INnOut. You get skeptical about using someone new but the job was done on the same day, quickly, and at a reasonable cost. Would recommend these guys for sure."
