"They opened 10 mins late today. Sun 26.02.2023. The waiting time was too long as there was only one chap serving and fetching the parts from the warehouse. Whilst the rest of the crew sat in the back doing nothing. ECP have a monopoly. They need to improve and speed up their service ASAP!"

"Called in to buy a car battery. lots of people waiting to be served, only one person serving. Pathetic!! waited and waited ,no movement. No seats for older people to sit down. Walked out in disgust. Went to Halfords and got served immediately. Won`t be using you again."

"Poor. Each time I visit ECP regardless of a queue or not I have to wait a long time. I am in a queue now and have been waiting 27 minutes so far and the queue has hardly moved. Other customers have arrived and left without bothering to wait. It is so poor. Management need to sort this out and provide more staff. The dreaded visit to ECP to stand and wait."

"Usually well stocked and you can get what you need, never had a problem with their service however there is nowhere to park, with their vans parked in the already small car park it leaves about 3 spaces which isn’t anywhere near enough for their level of custom, leaving their customers with 2 options; park on the road and get fined for double yellow parking (there is a camera outside so you WILL get caught) or park in one of the neighbouring places which also issue a £100 fine if caught parking there. For a Car Part shop which is only really accessible by car I think they need to move location or work out a parking deal with one of their neighbours."

"Do not use these. Got a £60 fine for parking in line with eurocarparts carpark because they have about 5 spaces and there is nowhere to park. This was to pick up a number of items which they left half of in Tamworth. This was the return trip to pick up the items which they uselessly didn't deliver together . If they had delivered all the items together then I wouldn't have got the fine . The staff are incredibly slow and Ques always huge. Car park is entirely inadequate for the number of customers, it's Coventry!!!! A whole city and a depot with 5 spaces. Fantastic. Not. Avoid, avoid, avoid."
