"Quite simply the best demonstration of why a properly run, family owned business outstrips service and performance of any retail chain in the automotive aftermarket supply space. I use this place routinely as first port of call for any parts or tools needs I have for my cars, and have had no reason to look elsewhere for over 20 years. On the rare occasion a part is not in stock (I struggle to recall the last time) they will get it the same day for no extra charge. I've joked with the owner that I'm sure you could build your own Bentley from scratch if you wanted to, as they are sure to have all the components in stock."

Unfortunately they now seem to think the telephones are more important than the customer stood in front of them, they keep you waiting, as they chat away on the phone. They think no more of you, if your a longtime customer or some newbie. Standards have definitely dropped. Unlike their prices.."
