"We've been dealing with B+K for years for selling properties in Bristol. They've been very efficient and always responding professionally. We are dealing with them now for a different matter and their response has been extremely disappointing. Unprofessional, without any regards for our requirements. They demand upfront payment when engaging with one of their senior solicitors and the follow up has been nil, zero after nearly 2 weeks. We find ourselves in the position where having wasted that upfront fee (not cheap),are looking elsewhere for someone to represent our small business.
