"We’ve been desperate for Moti Queens Arcade Cardiff to open. My daughter has taken up running over lockdown and needed the correct trainers. I was after some comfy ones for long dog walks too. We wanted to shop local and also be sure to get the correct type. We weren’t disappointed. Nothing was too much trouble and after a gait analysis (free when you buy trainers), in depth information and plenty of advice from Jon, we chose a suitable pair of Hokas each. There was a great selection of stock for both of our needs and a discount too so win win. The friendly welcome helped to make our visit worth the wait. If you want advice from knowledgeable, helpful and patient staff this is as good as you’ll find anywhere."

"Great service and knowledgeable staff. The instore video/treadmill gait analysis (free when buying shoes) was very helpful and I also picked up some great running technique info. If you can stay away from lunchtimes. Go when it's quiet for best experience. All I've got to do now is get off my backside and run."

"I can highly recommend this store, I was served by Paul. If you are a serious runner or just starting out. They offer a free gait analysis (as long as you buy) or £20. This was SO valuable as Paul filmed my run and explained the difference between trainers. I bought a pair to suit my style of running, much better than choosing blind. Can't wait to see how they feel on my run."
