"Every single time me and my partner have tried drinking at this pub we are faced with rude, sarcastic customer service. The only thing we can deduct as to why this is the case every time we enter The Golden Lion is that we are both brown and this is a predominately white pub. Perhaps some re-training for your staff to be inclusive and fair to all customers need to be a serious discussion, I will be advising anyone I know about these reoccuring incidences to ensure nobody has the same treatment."
