"Called for a bacon sandwich and two pieces of cake I couldn't believe it was over 9 pounds the bacon wasn't cooked fresh it was burnt on the edge I think for the time it took it had been put in the microwave the cake pieces were very small for the price could of bought a full cake for what I payed definitely would not recommend"
"I love this place! I've waited 4 years for a return visit here from Australia, and top of my list of things to do was have lunch at Merrie England! This time I had the eggs, sausage, tomatoe, with everything on a tea cake, and it was the duck's guts. The ladies working are gorgeous and the atmosphere is happy. I will definitely visit again before I leave in the next 2 weeks."
