"Cwmbran shopping centre as a whole is brill. Free parking, mostly indoors and some decent shops where the staff are helpful and friendly. Although, there is an arrogant blonde woman (sorry, doesn’t really narrow it down) who works in Jack & Jones who’s attitude absolutely stinks and has no customer service. Myself and a mate went for a browse just before Christmas and we felt intimidated as soon as we entered. She wouldn’t leave us alone, followed us everywhere and seemed very pushy to make us buy something and go. She made disrespectful comments and was very rude from the get go. On a separate occasion which was Boxing Day, I went with my partner. This time she wasn’t pushy and left us alone... BUT when I asked her a price on a pair of jeans from the sale rail which had no sale sticker on she grabbed the price tag said “well it’s half price!” And flicked the price tag back at me with yet again more stinking attitude. Can’t fault rest of the staff and the shop but avoid that blonde woman like the plague!!!!"
