"Terrible customer service. Bought a pair of Doc Marten boots for £145.00- Right boot started to leak when used in the rain after 6 months and little use. Store manager claimed that all shoes can leak and we had experienced extreme weather conditions and that particular style of Doc Marten was not waterproof! Not interested in making any sort of repair or replacement. Would not touch them with a barge pole."
