"Bizzare experience from several useless staff standing around. If it's -5 degrees, please don't wear a hoody or else the 10 Asian male staff follow you around like rats. Can't fathom how people from a black background cope with such experiences. I don't intend to step foot in the shop again. I bought a jumper from JD instead which is next door and received a lot better service and given a wider variety of clothing to choose from. If the manager is reading this, get rid of the unnecessary labour."

"DO NOT GO; I would rather give them 0 star rating, I’ve spent over £600 in store and the workers did not remove tags from the item. I drove halfway across Leicestershire to get to them & this is what I’m experiencing. JD Sports however is 10 yards away."
