"Staff don't have a clue, I asked the lad a few questions, once answer was just grunted at me! I Paid £49.95 for a shirt and it was practically thrown at me after I paid, not folded up or anything!"

"Went to today to purchase a shirt for son. I asked the young lad behind the counter a few simple questions, like how much is this? He just grunted and pointed price is over there, I asked him another question, what size approx is XS he had no clue and asked another store member. But the worst part is after I paid, in which I wasn't spoke to once apart from, do you want a bag for 10p, which i declined. He gave me my receipt and passed, well threw, the shirt to me, unfolded all bunched up and said have a nice day!! The shirt cost me £49.95, he could have at least folded up and shown a bit better customer service."
