"Went in to an empty store today (31 3 2023) as Husband likes the clothes and a 50% sale was on. One young woman working behind the till. No other customers. I looked at her to say hello and she immediately broke eye contact buried her head in an IPad. She continued to do so for the rest of our time in the shop, no greetings, no offers of help etc. We decided if her IPad was so important we best let her get on with it and spend our money elsewhere. Courtesy costs nothing, lack of it in retail can cost a store one if not several lost sales. Just saying!"

"Awful customer care! Walked in the shop, 3 people working, 2 male and 1 female attendants, no help at all. Not one of them came over to ask if we needed assistance ! I love the Jack & Jones brand, but please train your staff to be polite and attentive otherwise you’ll lose more loyal customers like me. (Location: Leicester Highcross)."

"Jack Jones is a great shop. I like how the t shirts are arranged. Someone always asks if I need any help. The size labels are in the wrong places which means it's a hassle to find a top with my size, but staff always come and ask if they can help with sizes which is nice."
