"Unfortunately there isn't an option for no stars. When I place an order I don't mind waiting the given time stated by the Takeaway. What isn't acceptable is a two hr wait. Despite numerous calls all we had was excuses from the owner. We've ordered from here for many years, but this is the last time I'll be using them. Delivery times are abysmal. Nobody should have to wait two hrs for their food to arrive."
