"If I could leave 0 stars I would. This has always been our favourite chinese, after not ordering for months we ordered last weekend, waited 2 hours and what we got was diabolical. My partner got some bad chicken, we rung them and told them it didn't taste right. 3am in the morning he was up in the night been sick, we rung them again the next day to tell them he wasn't well and the customer service was terrible. So annoying because we've always loved chans. Now to find a new Chinese!"

"Very disappointed. We waited over 90 minutes for order to be delivered. Ordered wonderful dragon, 2 of the main ingredients were missing, duck and prawns. Ordered a portion of OK sauce instead we got some kind of lemon sauce. Lemon sauce isn't even on the menu so how the hell did this happen. Definitely will NOT be going there again."
