Their offering is more akin to a payday loan in that they require the loan to be secured against the directors' residences despite the high-interest rate. Furthermore, they said that all enterprises established in Scotland are only eligible for lending if the directors are willing to pledge their personal property as collateral. Since when did Scotland become a United Kingdom second-class nation? Sad, sad state of affairs."

"My experience of this company started off well. Without going into too much detail I was made a massive promise by someone fairly high up in the company which then was not fulfilled. Was mislead quite badly and received fairly cold and rude responses when I tried to explain how poorly I was being treated. I had to completely change my plans as a result and nearly lost the company. Thank goodness there are other companies out there more eager to actually assist their customers and I found one that literally saved us. My advice would be to find another company as Just Cashflow can’t be trusted."

There are far more efficient and communicative companies they bend over backwards in the good times but the service when your business hit bad times is ruthless despite making payments each month they issue court proceedings prior to consulting you resulting unwarranted CCJ,s we make the CCJ payments ans they still not happy they want the lot in one payment The worst business decision i have ever made doing business with these if I could give no stars I would"

"Kindly request all not to deal with this company in your life , If you are looking for a startup loan, we had overdraft facility with this company for 2 years, Paying £110 a week interest for nearly 2 years, requested 4 months ago to convert overdraft into loan as company sales are down due to Brexit. They simply ignore the request, no alternative we stopped paying interest to alert, they even did not bother to call or respond to emails and send a county court notice. Taking personal responsibility as concern about paying the overdraft, they went further adding interest and force to pay in 18 months a Huge amount even looking our Bank statement, worst thing now as it is a personal liability to the Director, where there was a Debenture signed, they refused to cancel it, knowing the fact there is no money in the company account. They are loan shark not less than Pay Day Loans. Stay Away."
