"We did click & collect and although not exactly busy, the staff were efficient and helpful. Food up to the usual Five Guys standards. The milkshake is great too. Just go regular with the fries cos you get loads!"

"firstly, some of the workers were laughing at me and my friends when we were sorting out what everyone is getting, making us feel really small. Then we got our chips chucked into a bag which is unhygienic and then they kept looking at us and judging us. we also accidentally spilled on of our drinks and they just looked at us and didn’t offer any help and they didn’t have many gluten or dairy free options for my friend"

"Staff were excellent and convinced me to buy. Price is extortionate only benefit was I didn't have to pay for parking. An okay place if going to the cinema here and meeting up with mates beforehand otherwise grab a McDonald's."

"Ordered a little bacon cheeseburger (all the way), regular fries and a Reese's milkshake - had no queue when placing the order at 8pm. Food all arrived after a brief wait (expected when it's all made to order!) still nice and hot. The burger was really nice - a definite highlight of Five Guys. The regular fries was loads - had to eat them in 2 sittings! The milkshake was really nice but some of the chunks had a habit of getting stuck in the straw so the last bit was awkward to eat/drink. Always make sure I grab a meal from here when in Cardiff as service is good and food always cooked well."
