"Visited one Sunday lunch after an absence of about 15 years. Sadly it hadn't been decorated since. In much need of a face lift this beautifully situated riverside pub was empty bar another couple. The Sunday carvery was good value for money with a giant yorkshire the centre piece. The only criticism of the food was the beef was sliced from a tray catering style and not cooked on site as a joint."
