"Soo I ordered my food over the phone for collection. As I got to the shop to pick up the food the guy behind counter just randomly put his shutters down and closed up around 2pm. I was left outside in shock , first time experiencing anything like this. Absolutely disgusting customer service bearing in mind I’ve been coming here for years, the standard of food and quality of staff have dropped drastically. It’s knock off Chesters."
