"I am furious ibwaotes 2 hours for my delivery through just eat. Given excuses when rang to see what s going on. Beyond a joke. No apology when the food did turn up or here something extra really sorry for the wait. The food was hot but seriously 2 hour wait is beyond a joke!"

Tonight (2nd time) placed a collection order as i left work, arrived 40 mins later to be told they had run out of ham (couldnt be bothered to ring and tell me) Expected me to sit and wait in a cold shop full of drunk people while they cooked something else. Tired, hungry, customer lost! Twice 2 many!"
