"Gavin’s Relaxation self-hypnosis recording was recommended to me as I have a stressful situation in my life that cannot be solved or dealt with, and that was causing me issues with my sleep pattern. Everyday tasks that were always tainted with the the chance and encountering a spider such as gardening, getting in the loft etc are now worry free. I can even move spiders with my bare hands now.
