"Saleha’s approach to the sessions created a form of trust and comfort which allowed me to delve into matters I have never told anyone before , she’s an authentic character as she allows you to feel heard and understood and then gives constructive ways to deal with each situation all of which I have found myself doing in my own time and has helped me grow as an individual. I have had previous therapy which did not go well Saleha is my second therapist and I’m glad I gave it another go as it’s what I needed to progress as an individual."
