"David is a great hypnotherapist; I approached him with some problems I had regarding sleeping. We worked through my perceptions of my sleep problems as well as how to tackle them. My sessions with David consisted of me performing relaxation techniques whilst David 'narrated' over them. His calm and relaxed approach made these exercises more useful and easy to do. After the sessions, David would send me voice recordings of the techniques, and I still listen to them occasionally if I'm finding it difficult to fall asleep. I now have no issues with sleeping, and I have David to thank for that; he is extremely skilled at what he does."
