"I just wanted to say what a great person Marcelle is when it comes to all things brain related. I started seeing Marcelle a few months ago now for several different reasons and for each one of them Marcelle has helped me enormously. My stress at work, whilst Marcelle cannot take away the stress, she can help me to deal with it better, which she has done. Certain aspects of my work Marcelle has talked through and always asks the question, what small change could you make to make it better! With regard to diet, food is not the enemy. How we think about it and what we are doing when we are eating is what is the cause for so may eating related issues. What I love about Marcelle is not what can be taken away but what can you add to make it a more healthy meal. Marcelle does not make you feel bad for having a treat every now and again. With her different techniques she gets you to use your logical brain to think that one treat is not bad, many are! Same with alcohol. A few pints are not bad, many are! It is all about using her techniques to get me away from all or nothing and that there is a middle ground! Then there is the sleep! I used to take a long time to get to sleep but now with the aid of a relaxation mp3 on my phone I can be asleep in minutes now and do not lie awake for half an hour or more with my brain still whirring away. If you are in any doubt that you should use Marcelle do not be. It is one of the best things I have done in a long time which is why I have taken the time and trouble to write this review as I would love her to get more clients on the back of my review. Marcelle, you are ace!"

"When returning from a training session with a lunch time run group in 2016 I was unfortunate enough to become caught up in a tragic event in my local town of Walton on Thames. While running home along the river I was alerted to two teenage boys who were swimming nearby. When I arrived at the riverbank adjacent to them it became clear that one of them was in trouble and struggling to stay afloat. Despite my very best efforts, I was sadly unable to reach the young man in time and due to the strong undercurrents, he drowned just meters away from me. This was a tragic event and one I will never forget. Following this, Marcelle from Brain Reframe went above and beyond to support and help talk me through the events of that day. She helped me to ratonalise it and provided techniques to help me get a full night’s sleep. I am also not ashamed to say she also helped me cry for the first time following the shock of the event. While I am grateful of the tremendous support and work Marcelle did to help me come to terms with this, I the biggest thing she was able to help with was to not feel guilty. I am incredibly thankful for Marcelles professional support and how it helped me recover from this tragic event and I could not recommend her more highly. Andy Strong"
