"I have contacted CJ Hole to help us rent a house. However the whole process was really hard. We had to go through a screening process before we could view the property, which we found very strict, but could understand why they set up that process. However, what we couldn’t understand was the fact that the process was really lenghthy and that we couldn’t apply to view more than one property. Furthermore, until today we never got feedback from the agency about the application we submitted. We called the agency several times as we had a very tight schedule to find a house in the area and although they assured me that they would give me feedback as soon as possible and would put me forward for another property in case the feedback was negative, I’ve never heard from them. The whole process was really disapointing."
