"We actually had our LO’s casting done in Feb 2020 but we have only just hung it up in his new room. It was just around the covid times and Bansi was really safe and careful. She was also really empathetic with our LO who has a limb difference. She listened to exactly what we wanted and produced a beautiful frame with the perfect colours and coordinations of photos, plaque etc etc. We didn’t feel rushed at all, though it didn’t take much time either and we received the final product within a couple of weeks. Such a wonderful keepsake to be treasured forever. I wouldn’t recommend anyone else for castings and I’d definitely return to Bansi for my next one :)"
