"My baby started just before she turned 4 months old and i was so worried to leave her. The staff have been amazing and my child is so happy! Some days she doesn’t want to come home. I can’t thank you all enough for being so brilliant and supportive to parents and the children. I also love that at every special event you always go above and beyond. These moments mean so much to us parents."

"Visited this venue as we were considering it as an option for our child. We had a few questions that the woman showing us around couldn’t answer. She asked us to call the next day to speak to Ashlyn or Jade. When we did Ashlyn wasn’t around again and jade couldn’t answer the question so askew is to email Ashlyn. Again we did this and followed it up with a number of calls, again with no response. From this attitude I can only assume that they do not really care about their customers as they have over 200 anyway. Furthermore, from what we saw, as they are so big don’t expect a very personalised service for your child. Finally, the ofstead rating on their website is very different to their latest score. Deifinitely not outstanding!"

"Serious health and safety concerns, all smoking staff smoke in their uniform and majority of staff are smokers. My child (6-8 months at the time!!) was handed back to me with poo on her dummy chain, after which I was told I'm lying, and on another occasion, she had NO WATER in her bottle, when I asked staff why, they snapped at me, and an apology was never offered for either incident. Hatred and regular arguments inbetween staff which leads to refusal to communicate or work in certain rooms. These arguments sometimes take place in front of the children. There had been theft within the nursery. Manager and deputy manager are not considerate and some of the staff are extremely rude."
