"Disappointing that the footpath is difficult to find and being constantly met by private land signs when trying to walk past Mendip Lodge. I’m all for this activity centre but try harder at being apart of the surrounding countryside."
"Went with a large group of people. We went in for self-catering, hence unable to comment much on service. But when we had some issues, they were sorted quickly. Loved the fact that all rooms had en-suite facilities! Lack of storage spaces in the rooms was a problem."

"Popped in for some food and drinks after some activities as the Alpine Lodge was shut. Spacious with outdoor and indoor seating. The food was basic and quite pricey for what it was - however it was filling and well prepared."
