"Stopped here once for a quick pint on travelling through the area. Gorgeous pub in a beautiful little village. The staff were so friendly and the locals were welcoming. Not sure if I will ever pass that way again but would certainly recommend!"

"Stunning location and a lovely find. We booked two rooms in this beautiful pub as we were at a wedding across the road. We had dinner at the pub and then breakfast in the morning. Food was gorgeous on both occasions and the atmosphere in the evening was really lovely and very busy. Sadly our room was cold and the radiator didn’t kick in at all and this then spoilt our stay. We did tell the lovely lady behind the bar several times but unfortunately the room was still freezing from when we got there to when we left. Would I still recommend this Pub absolutely YES. as hopefully this was just a glitch."

"Amazing friendly service. We got there and they had a big table so we're unable to serve hot food. Even though we arrived without calling, they went above and beyond to accommodate us by providing us with a cheese board and chips. The staff were so lovely in particular Freya."
