"I'm not one to write reviews on services. Especially negative one. But after calling the restaurant about the quality of the food. They knowingly acknowledge that they sent out burt food. And think after spending over £60+ to send out food at that quality and not even care about the telling them"

"Would like to give this place no stars but seems I have to give it 1! They prepared me a RAW chicken shish, so raw that it couldn’t even be bitten! Took it back and the man admitted it was raw and just said sorry! Absolutely disgusting! I wish I could upload photos for you to see. AVOID AT ALL COSTS, unless you want to be sick!"

"I ordered food on Sunday. My order was accepted by the restaurant around 20:15pm. The delivery was estimated to be at 21:40. At the moment is 22:08 and the app updates me that the restaurant has closed. It looks like there will be no refund for that either. Maybe that is why there is no option for the orders to be tracked."

"Worst experience that I have had from this place ever. The food took 2 hours to come even though it’s not that far from me. We tried to call them and they said the food would be 10 more minutes and suspiciously a notification came on my phone saying the driver is on its way even though the app was saying order confirmed then enjoy your food for over an hour. After we called them it took them 40 minutes to bring the food and they didn’t answer the phone when we tried to call them again. When the food arrived the driver was trying to tell me that the other driver had an accident which I find very hard to believe because they said they were very busy which I also did not believe. They put sauce into my burger when I wanted no sauce and they burnt all of the beef patties in every single burger I ordered including mine. They gave us two free bottles of Pepsi (as an apology I guess) but how can I accept that as an apology when they were very late and blatantly lied to my face twice. I am never ordering from this place ever again and it is such a shame because this place used to be alright until they got a new manager. Also, I will never order on just eat again."

"My partner and I ordered from here last night. Disappointing ! The food was terrible , I’ll explain.. We ordered the tams grill which included... Kofte - absolutely tasteless Lamb shish - lamb was dry and hard Chicken doner - crunchy ??!! Again not good. Lamb doner , greasy wasn’t pleasant Chips , really small portions considering it was meant for two people. This was a real shame as we don’t have a lot of takeaways. Now this is the only kebab shop local with Milanos closing down , you’d think they’d want to serve quality food … unfortunately NOT ! We won’t order from here again."
