"Just came down with covid and have been very ill for last 3 days, I had an appointment today at 4 but have been very ill and I forgot to phone to cancel/change. I then got a phone call at 4pm when my appointment was. I explained the situation - that I am covid positive and have been really ill and completely forgot to tell them. I was then told I would miss my last (pre paid) treatment and I would not be able to re book it. I know it’s a 48h policy but this is very brutal for the amount of money I’ve spent! I will not be re booking future treatments with them..(This review is not a reflection on the staff who are all lovely, just the clinics booking policies)"

"Avoid , half the staff off with covid and the girl giving the treatment was coughing, no one had masks on , felt ill the next day , couldn't cancel my next appointment 3 days later , even more staff off and now everyone in my house has covid . happy christmas not, how come you can contact me to re arrange my appointment due to staff shortages (all got covid) but when i ring in to cancel because i've caught covid from you i cant because its too short notice and ill loose my £100 shocking"

"I attended the clinic this morning for a mole check. I was a little apprehensive, have read mixed reviews about the clinic. However, I needn’t have worried. The reception team were lovely and the nurse who conducted the screening, Beth, was brilliant. She put me at ease straight away and was thoroughly professional and informative. All in all, a very positive experience. Thank you so much Beth."
