"I had attended a private function. Venue was nice, unimpressed by the quantity of stairs that I had to go up, but was told that these were private function rooms. Ambience was good. Spacious area where we were."
"My friend was racially abused at this bar. He went to buy a drink for himself and as protocol suggests he was asked for his ID, however the brown haired lady at the bar asked him to replicate his signature on the ID as a way of verifying it however I have never EVER been asked to replicate my signature when I have showed my ID. She did blue light checks, she spoke with her manager, the validity of the ID was proven however she suspected my friend of being a liar. Last night I saw a pub full of white people who looked very young however they had ID so they were served, naturally. My friend is a black man and last night when we went to see some live music, this lady made us feel like we were wrong for being there. I simply wanted to make others aware this lady was hostile and racially abusive to my friend and I hope others can avoid her nasty nature."
"Very nice experience with a good location and rooftop terrace. The Guinness was poured perfectly too. Plenty of outdoors space on multiple floors. Unfortunately, the service was a bit slow and the drinks a bit on the expensive side, but overall pleasant experience."
