"I’m writing on behalf of two of your car insurance clients. They were shocked by the abysmal lack of professionalism when dealing with their claim. Premier Insurance Services on multiple occasions blatantly ignored calls and emails when being contacted by the insurance company of the other party involved in a car accident that Premier’s clients had been victims in. Due to Premier Insurance Services poor communication the process had been prolonged. Furthermore, Premier Insurance Service had given inconsistent and unreliable prices for the cost of the car repair. The clients had requested to keep their vehicle and repair it themselves, Premier Insurance Services had refused this and ensured that they would repair it. After holding the vehicle for 4 months Premier Insurance Services then wrote it off. Premier’s clients are now under the impression that Premier are be bad actors, we would strongly advise others to not rely on their car insurance services. Thank You."
