"Spent £60 on terrible service and nail shellac chipped the next Day off she seven offer a redo asked me to pay for it again half price absolutely rubbish place even contracted verucca which I have never had in my life until here. Unhygienic"

"DO NOT COME HERE! The nail tech in charge is a rude woman not fit to work on any kind of customer service. She talks about you in her language to her other colleges in a mean and mocking way. I showed them a picture of the nails I wanted and when it got to the time to paint them I was told that my nails were too short for the design. Then I had to pick another design and when I told her I didn’t like how the colour looked after a few nails she became frustrated with me and even meaner. At the end she only did one coat and when I asked for another she muttered something I didn’t understand and proceeded with the top coat and completely ignored me. This place will never see my hard earned money again and I suggest you don’t waste yours. There’s a wayy better salon 1 min walk away. I went there the day after because I wasn’t happy with my nails and they did exactly what I wanted for the exact same price. Take my advice. You won’t regret it x."

"the first time I came here the service was not bad they were friendly and did the nails well, I came here the other day with my mate and asked for a french tip she made my nails clear and you could see the tip placed underneath, they didn’t apply a top coat and didn’t shape at ALL my friend asked for a line or glitter instead she got a silver line and her nail fell off the NEXT DAY not worth the money xx"

"The nail tech has a bad attitude 24/7. She does not follow your instructions as a customer you are often made to feel as if your bothering her. The pricing is reasonable but for the service you better off going elsewhere. If only her attitude and customer service was better I could give a better rating. The nails themselves are ok fit for purpose but the painting aspect is bad. Nail tech does not use base coat or top coat just two layers of shellac and that’s it which I have never experienced anywhere else."
