"DO NOT GO HERE. The place is clean and presentable and the general customer service is okay. However, I paid £25 for shellac and after a few days at least 2 of the nails had chipped. After 5 days so much of the shellac on the index finger had gone that it became embarrassing. I am a working professional and my shellac usually lasts 2 weeks minimum and sometimes 3 weeks, with only the nail growing and no chips. Also, the worst part of my experience was the filing process, I was seen by a larger, older man who was sooooo rough with my nails and cuticles, he kept over painting my nails and digging his nails into the area around my nail bed, to remove the paint. He was so rough and caused me pain, I told him and although he apologised it was a very unpleasant experience, especially since getting my nails done is usually a relaxing, wellbeing activity for me. Just do not waste your time or hard-earned money here."

"I came in last week Friday to get a full set of acrylics, I spent £45 on my set. Only to come back on Wednesday to get a nail fixed that had lifted and it hadn’t been a week. Since then my thumb started to lift and break, both my middle finger and index finger nails had popped off. I’ve also realised that the set was done far away from my cuticles so after a week and a half now it looks like they’ve been on for three weeks. When I went today I was spoken to by a member of staff rudely and literally blamed for my nails lifting and coming off. I’m not one to complain however I regularly get acrylics done and know how to make them last a month before needing infills without any lifting or damage. Biggest waste of money as I now have to go to another salon to fix this mess. The picture show that they haven’t cracked or been damaged but simply popped off."

"The staff are friendly and the place is super clean, I really can’t fault the level of hygiene however.. my shellac manicure with removal was £44 and it’s already chipped a week later! Should it be looking like this after a week? It usually never chips, even when it’s growing out Isn’t that the whole point of the gel process? I’m really upset that it cost that much too. Will be going back to my usual in the w12 for £25."

"While the employees who served me were very kind, the man who did my pedicure made my cuticle bleed… His co-worker apologised on behalf of him. I was made to pay before my manicure and after my pedicure, which I thought was a bit off considering the other customers got to pay after their whole set was complete. They sterilised the equipment and were accommodating in terms of providing water and such. Maybe I didn’t come on the best day, but I will probably not return."
