"Went to pick up a parcel recently and the guy behind the counter was quite rude. Made me wait while serving ~ 8 customers before me. When I intervened he sounded frustrated about having too many parcels and said that I should’ve come in the evening instead - none of which was communicated by EVRI the shipping company. I will also add that I have had a good experience there albeit with another staff, however I shall not be using their shop for any parcels going forward."
