"Diabolical customer service Waited over 20 minutes for click and collect- spoke to a couple of members of staff all you get is - “ I’m not on that” Eventually spoke to the general manager and 5 minutes later a female member of staff appeared with her first words being “you so say reckon you’ve been waiting 20 minutes- not true” oh yes that’s right I just decided to lie !!! Then she muttered something about the machine not working - funny how you brought the right order out though! If I had an option other than using this store for click and collect I would Rude staff Bad customer service"

"We normally use this Asda as it's the closest for us. We often choose to travel further afield as this one never seems to have many options available. The options they do have are normally out of stock or the use by dates are extremely short! The car park always has plenty of space available so I can't fault that!"
