"Staff need training in customer service. I asked for a bag and they never bothered packing it for me. The girl behind the till was ringing someone on the phone and continued talking while I was trying to buy my shopping. It was just bad manners, lazy and lacks in customer care."

"Went to drop a parcel off for yodel delivery service and they had no print in store labels and I was told it had been a week when drivers collect daily. And seemed a pricey shop for location as no other option close by. Shop was clean . Till lady was being abrupt with customers and flirting with some even calling them darling . Won't be returning"
