The person at the shop collecting for Evri (116 Arthur Rd, London SW19 8AA) was extraordinarily rude, to the point that he kicked me out because I refused to give him my phone to print the return label and I had to find another shop to complete my return. "Zero star if I can. The rudest man I've ever met. Shouting at customers and being rude to them. Always complaining 10p for each parcel, shouted at me, a 35 weeks pregnant woman, and threatened to reject all the parcels. Shame for Evri and Amazon to work with this kind of people. Still rejected 3 items to be returned."
"Extremely rude old man shop keeper. I had to drop 2 parcels and was so impatient condescending almost borderline Racist. He kept dismissing me snatching my phone my parcels to print even before I was ready to handover. If you’re brown skin avoid going there. He kept treating me like I don’t know what I’m doing. Not at all surprised with other reviews left about this shop."
