"I have used thus shop at least 20 times this year to drop off Hermes parcels and once to return. Always been in and out quickly. Machine was always working, unlike the one on Shepherds Bush, uxbridge road which is broken more often then not."
"The woman working there was extremeny rude. I came all the way from shepherds bush with a big box to return and two products inside the same box. She straight away told me I needed to separate the products in two boxes, but I tried to explain they went to the same address and I already agreed with the receiver. She didn't want to scan it..."
