I asked him where I should drop it instead and he told me to turn left on the roundabout and there’s a Tesco just there. There isn’t! The closest Evri Tesco is nearly 3 miles away. Very unhelpful and dismissive."

"The man managing this service was very rude to us and was very unhelpful, the system was not updated for contactless payments and it took more than double the time it should have done. He also refused to provide a payment receipt, which is completely against policy. Honestly, just go to collect+, they are much more helpful and polite there!"
