After a few days of not confirmation online Amazon said they have not received my package. How can they get a way with holding custody of others parcel returns without any accountability. "My first time dropping off a Hermes parcel with no label. I took a printed QR code - it didn't work with the machine. The shop owner helped me enormously including photographing the QR code on his own phone so it worked that way and he printed the label and then took my parcel. Great service and thank you!"
