"Bloody awful service.They close all the tills and only leave open self service. You need to weigh fruit and get a barcode, but you need to wait for someone to come over to tell you that as the machine won't. Never again."
"Well the Bath store is closer to me but I often shop at the Keynsham store, and glad I do. I visited the store yesterday and again today and have been very satisfied with the customer service from all staff but I'd like to give a shout to Barbara on the fresh fish counter. Very helpful and friendly. Top member of staff."
"Pre Christmas shopping prior to 10am. The shop was busy, but not much hassle. Shelves were packed, with staff topping up regularly. Staff at the checkout were helpful and still had a sense humour. Merry Christmas to you all. See you in the New Year."
"Love John Lewis and associated businesses. But Waitrose is not competitively priced. You can get lots of things here that might not be readily available in other supermarkets but you are always paying a premium introspective of what you're buying. But as long as your not planning a weeks utility shop, a visit for a few odds won't break the bank."
