"Fantastic day care! Brilliant groomer! And because both are under one roof, you can get the dog groomed while you're at work with only a single drop off and pick up to do. £25 for 0830-1800hrs and frequent photo and video updates during the day. Busiest on Wednesdays so book ahead for then!"

"We booked our appointment from fresha and it went well. They had done very nicely my Siberian husky, they cleaned very well and my baby enjoyed. Staff is very nice and cooperative. If you ask them any questions, they will clarify everything. It was my first time at UK grooming session , I am not sure with the charges. I found them bit expensive but there work is awesome. They take care everything if you choose full grooming. Definitely recommend them."

"I don't normally write reviews unless I feel the need to complain. However this review is the complete opposite. My expectations were completely exceeded. Customer service was amazing and I would personally recommend Elite dog spa to anyone. The booking system was easy and pick up and drop off was faultless. Yvonne who was grooming my pup was so welcoming on arrival, she really put me at ease and I felt she connected with my dog on arrival. Yvonne took the time to talk to him, clap him etc. My dog is a shitz pup mix. He was 10 months old and had never been groomed before. He was badly matted and really shaggy. I was expecting a call half way though the groom to go and collect him. I got text messages with updates and a time to collect. I didn't think it was possible to fall in love with my Pup all over again, but he came out looking and smelling like a different dog. I would 100% personally recommend Yvonne and the team at Elite dog spa. My expectations were exceeded. They did the most amazing groom on my dog. He came out happy and looking so handsome. I now would not even comprehend taking him anywhere else. Thank you all at Elite who took care of him."
